Overview

This facility has a similar interface as all other reports. You can specify the week starting date, sort the result by first name, last name, date, in ascending or descending (reversed) order (See Figure 1). There are 6 types of reports which are detailed below.

Child Attendance

This report shows all children’s bookings for the week, including booked time, actual attendance time (if signed in/out) and signature (if signed in/out in GoDigital!)

Unconfirmed child attendance

This is similar to Child Attendance report, except that it excludes children who have not been signed in, and children who have been sign in/out by a primary caregiver.


Missed sign in/out

This is similar to Child Attendance report, except that it excludes children who have been signed in and out by the time the report is generated and children whose bookings are still on going (e.g. if the report is generated at 3:00pm, it will not include children who are supposed to sign out at 3:15pm).


Staff attendance, & contractors attendance, & guests attendance

These report shows the name, purpose of visit (if applicable), sign in/out and signature of staff/contractors/guests.
