Using the Child Selection screen, you can, add a new child, search for children already entered, view the information entered for the selected child, modify and/or print information.
For each child listed on the child selection screen, the following information will also be displayed: Child's Name

NSN ("Unset" if this has not yet been allocated)
Age
Gender
To refine the display of children's names on this screen select a specific category such as "current enrolments" and/or groups from the drop down boxes at the top of the screen.
To view an existing child, click on theicon to see the list of children to choose from. You can also begin typing a child's name in the search field.
To change the order in which childrens details are displayed click theicons next to each column heading. To access more sort options, click the more settings symbol
To add a new child
Click the Add a Child button at the top left of the screen. You will be taken to the Child Update screen to enter the childs details. Fields marked with a * are mandatory.
You will be automatically taken to each screen that needs to be populated for the new child.
To view or modify a child
Click on the child's name or click the modity iconfor that child to be taken to the child update screen. For an existing child, you are viewing or editing you can click the relevant tab (Summary, Contacts, Timetable, Notes, Photos, Immunisation, History, Transfer, Accounts or Child Returning).
To print a child's details
Place the cursor over the child's name and click on the print icon
To delete a child's record
To delete a child from the system, click the "Delete" button at the top right of the screen. You will not be able to delete a child who appears on any sign in sheets, or has financial data entered.
