Using the Child Selection screen, you are able to add a new child to the system; or search for children already entered into the system and then modify, delete, print, or view all the information relating to the selected child.
To add a new child to the system, click on the Add a Child button at the top left of the screen. You will be taken to the Child Update screen to complete details.
To access more sort options, click on the this symbol
To select a child for enquiry or modification, simply click on the child's name or click theicon for that child to be taken to the child update screen.
Alternatively, if you wish to print details for a child or delete a child's record, place the cursor over the child's name and click on theicon to print or theicon to delete the child's record.
You can change the order in which the child’s details are displayed by clicking theicons next to each column heading.
You are able to refine the display of children's names on this screen by selecting specific categories and/or groups from the drop down boxes at the top of the screen.
You can also search for a specific child by typing the child's name in the search box.
For each child listed in the display, the following information will also be displayed - Reference, NSN ("Unset" if this has not yet been allocated), Age and Gender.
