Using the Account View Screen, users can see which contacts have been set up with accounts for a selected child.
To add a new account for this child (i.e., split the account between people), click on the "Add an Account" button.
To change the order in which contacts are displayed, click on the icons next to each column heading.
Click on the contact relationship record (i.e., mother) to expand and view details.
To edit the account information, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To delete the account information, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To view transactions from a selected date range, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To edit auto payment details, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To edit WINZ information, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
The contact responsible for all invoices associated with this account is displayed here.
If you have defined a fixed amount to be charged to this contact for invoices, the amount will be displayed here. When specifying a fixed amount for payment on one of the accounts, you will need to have a second account set up with the payment amount left blank. The second account will be charged the balance of the invoice after the specified amount is deducted.
If you have defined a percentage split of the bill for this contact, the percentage amount will be displayed here. If you enter a percentage of less than 100% on one of the accounts, you will need to have another account set up for the balance (i.e., 50% mother and 50% father).
The reference associated with this account will be displayed here. The contact for this account should be asked to use this reference when making payments to this account. This provides an easy method of tracking payments and ensuring they are allocated to the correct account.
The current balance of the account for this contact is displayed here.
