The Accounts tab screen, shows the contacts that have accounts set up for invoicing purposes for the selected child. To change the order contacts are displayed, click the icons next to each column heading.
The column headers in the Accounts screen show:
Invoice Whom - The relationship of the contacts responsible for paying the invoices.
Charge - Where a fixed amount has been defined as the amount to charge the contact, the amount will be displayed here.
If a percentage split has been defined as the amount to charge the contact, the percentage amount will be displayed here.
Account Reference - The childs reference number associated with the account will be displayed here. Contacts should be asked to use this reference when making payments to this account. This provides an easy method of tracking payments and ensuring they are allocated to the correct account.
Current Balance - The current balance of the account for this contact will be displayed here.
To add a new account for a child (i.e., split the account between people, or change the person responsible for paying invoices), click the "Add an Account" button.
Charge Amount - Where a fixed amount has been defined as the charge amount for a contact, a second account needs to be set up with the payment amount left blank. The second account will be charged the balance of the invoice after the specified amount is deducted.
Charge Percentage - Where a percentage split has been defined for a contact, enter a percentage of less than 100% in one of the accounts, another account needs to be set up for the balance of the account to be allocated to (i.e., 50% mother and 50% father).
To view or modify an account, click on the relationship title under the column heading "Invoice Whom" (i.e., mother).
To edit the account, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To delete the account, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To view the account transactions for a selected date range, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To edit auto payment/Ezypay details, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
To edit WINZ information, click the icon at the right hand side of the screen.
