This screen is used to enter Optional Charges that are applicable for a child.
Product Description
Select the relevant Product to add as an optional charge form the drop-down list.
Products are pre-populated under the Billing menu. To add a new product for a optional charge, go to Billing > Products > Select add.
Quantity
Enter the appropriate quantity and the Billing Frequency for the optional charge.
Price
The price defined in the Product set up will be displayed here. You can override this amount by entering a different amount if required.
Billing Frequency
Select the frequency that you wish the Optional charge/Product to be billed from the drop-down box.
Selections are: -
- Weekly
- Hourly
- Daily
- Each Billing Cycle
- Same as 20 ECE Hrs
Update
Once the details are correct, click the update button to save the details.
Cancel
Click the Cancel button to discard any changes you have done to this screen and return to the previous screen.
