This screen displays a list of licenses which have been issued for this service by "Effective Date". You can change the order to ascending or descending by toggling the 
icon for Effective Date, Type, Advance %, or Licensed Under 2008 Regulations.
If you wish to view details of, modify, or delete one of the displayed licenses, place your cursor over the applicable license and click the 
or 
icons at the left hand side of the page.
If you wish to add a new license for this service, click the Add a License button.
To search for specific licenses, begin typing the date into the search box. If, for example, you begin typing "feb", a list of all licenses with an effective date of February will be displayed. You can further refine the search by typing more specific information.
