The Funding Advance Update screen is used to add or modify figures within the funding advance tables.
Uploading the MoE Advance Funding Summary
The advance funding data from the Ministry of Education's Pourato portal can be uploaded to Infocare by following the help notes from the Advance Selection screen.
Manually adding the MoE Advance Funding Data
To manually add data to the advance funding tables, you will need to ensure the amounts entered into the funding tables include GST, convert the rate and the amounts from the advance funding notice and enter these into the Hours, Rate, and Amount fields for each of applicable rows Under 2 ECE, Over 2 ECE, 20 Hours ECE, Plus 10 ECE.
Manually modifying existing MoE Advance Funding Data
Where an RS7 has been resubmiited and results in a change to the advance funding figures the Service has received or will receive, the data may need to be adjusted within the existing advance funding tables.
From the updated funding notice, convert the rate and the amounts to GST inclusive and add these additional fiqures to the existing figures in the Hours, Rate, and Amount fields for each of applicable rows Under 2 ECE, Over 2 ECE, 20 Hours ECE, Plus 10 ECE.
Once you have completed entering the data, click the Update button to save the information and return to the previous screen.
If you wish to discard any changes or data entry, click the Cancel button at the top right of the screen.
