Once you have connected your Xero account to Infocare Solutions, anytime you commit an invoice, the data will automatically be sent to Xero.
You can commit your invoices from: Billing menu > Account Processing > Invoices.
Any invoice(s) that has not been committed will be listed in the “Uncommitted Items” page. You can then select “View Invoices” to view the Invoice(s), validate the invoice(s), and then commit the invoice.
To view the details of the invoice, you can click on the “Modify” button and the invoice items list will be displayed.
Once you have committed the invoice, you can click on the invoice number in the “View Transaction” page. This will allow you to view the details of the committed invoice, similar to that in the “Uncommitted Items” page.
