Issue: If you get the following notification when you try to synchronise with Xero to get Payment Information from Billing menu > Xero > View Payments.

Solution: Reauthorise your connection with Xero.

Aside from the reauthorisation process, you should also check the invoice number mentioned in the notification message.
You need to check what invoice item is charged in the invoice and if there are any products in the invoice. You must ensure the product has a Ledger Code and that the Ledger Code is mapped properly with the Xero Account and Tax classifications.
NOTE: You should also check for any “Credit Notes” committed that may cause the error. You need to check the “Ledger Code” used in the committed “CR” is registered and mapped to your Xero “Account” and “Tax” classification properly.
