When you connect to Xero from Infocare the first time, we ask for your authorisation and store necessary information such as access token and tenant ID in Infocare's database.
The following chart shows how this authorisation process flows.

Once we have your authorisation, we use the stored information to communicate with Xero on your behalf, as shown in the chart below.
