The Project Update screen is used to add a new project of modify details of an existing project.

To modify an existing project, click on the description or the modify icon on the right hand side of the screen.

To add a new project click Add a Project

Enter the Project Description, in the Project Description field. 

If you have a Ledger Code associated with this project, enter it in the Ledger Code field.

Select Yes or No from the GST Free drop down list depending on whether or not this project is GST Free.

The scope field is used to apply a Project to a Centre or Group (if applicable)

Once the data has been populated, click Update to save the information and return to the previous screen.

To return to the previous screen without saving the project select Cancel.
