The Donation View screen allows users to view existing donations for a project and to add new donations, reverse existing donations, and print or email existing donations.
To return to the previous screen, click the icon at the top right hand side of the screen.
To add a new donation, click the Add Donation button.
You can refine the list of donations displayed by entering text in the Search field associated with the donation/s you wish to work with.
You can refine the display by selecting Donations, Reversals, or All from the Type drop down list.
You can also refine the list of donations by specifying a specific date range in the From and Until fields. You can quickly navigate to either the next or previous month by clicking the or icons.
A list of donations for this project will be displayed.
To expand and view details of a donation, click on the donation required.
To Reverse a donation, click on the icon which is displayed at the right hand side of the screen for each particular donation once the details of the donation have been expanded.
To Print a receipt for a donation, click on the icon which is displayed at the right hand side of the screen for each particular donation once the details of the donation have been expanded.
To Email a receipt for a donation, click on the icon which is displayed at the right hand side of the screen for each particular donation once the details of the donation have been expanded.
To collapse the view so that a summary view of the donation is displayed, click on Collapse.
