This screen allows users to authorise connection between Infocare and Xero once Xero set up has been activated by Infocare.
The Status of connection "Connection Status" will be displayed whether your Infocare is connected to your Xero or not. If the display says Disconnected and you would like to change it to Connected please click the Connect to Zero button.
You will then be asked to log in to Xero and authorise the connection.
The Xero Configuration Screen is used to set up account details for integration with Xero.
To Disconnect your service from the Xero automatic interface, click the Disconnect From Xero button.
In the Ledger Code fields, enter the Ledger Codes that are applicable to the various activities at your service (i.e., 1111 for under2 fees).
In the Xero Account drop down list, select the Xero Account applicable to the Ledger Code.
In the Xero Tax drop down box, select the applicable tax rate for this Ledger Code.
Cick the Update button to save the information.
