The roll report selection screen is used to view a variety of reports for children.
Reports can be viewed in Daily, Weekly, or Monthly formats by selecting the required option from the Frequency drop-down list.
Depending on the Frequency selection, different report formats are available. When using Daily, there is an additional drop-down option called No of Days: select the number of days you would like that report for; only those children enrolled on those days will be printed on the report.
Using the Category drop-down list, select the specific category of children.
Select the date required for the report in the Week Starting field.
From the Print Mode drop down list, select the report to view.
To include those children who are scheduled to be away, select 'Yes' from the Show scheduled away drop-down list.
By default, the Order children will be in is 'First Name', this can be changed by selecting your preference from the drop-down list.

Report Options from the Print Mode drop down list are:
Daily Reports
Bookings (30 minute intervals) - displays booked times at 30 minute intervals throughout the day.
With Dates - displays all date related information for children including start dates, leave dates, birth dates.
Empty Grid - displays a list of children, their birth date and empty columns to add preferred options.
Check List - displays a list of children, their birth date, age and 3 columns with headings of Yes, No, and Comments.
Sleep Chart Format-1 (Portrait) - displays a sleep chart for printing in portrait mode.
Sleep Chart Format-1 (Landscape) - displays a sleep chart for printing in landscape mode.
Sleep Chart Format 2 - displays the second portrait option to print.
Sleep Chart Format 3 - displays the third portrait to print.
Nappy Chart Format-1 (Portrait) - displays a nappy chart for printing in portrait mode.
Nappy Chart Format-1 (Landscape) - displays a nappy chart for printing in landscape mode.
Nappy Chart Format-2 - displays the second portrait option to print.
Meal Chart with Birthdates - displays a list of children, their birth date, with columns to mark which meals each child had.
Meal Chart without Birthdates - displays a list of children and with columns to mark which meals each child had.
Meal Chart with Allergies - displays a list of children that have an allergy recorded, their allergy, special diet with columns to mark which meals each child had and spaces for signatures and a description of each meal.
Meal Chart with Allergies - displays a list of all children, their allergy, special diet with columns to mark which meals each child had and spaces for signatures and a description of each meal.
User Defined Categories - displays a list of children, their birth date, and details of each user defined category they have been assigned to.
User Defined Fields - displays a list of children, their birth date, and details of each user defined field that has been selected.
Vision and Hearing test - displays a list of children and information required for vision and hearing testing.
B4 School Check - displays a list of children and information as required for B4 school checks.
Weekly Reports
Booked Days - displays a list of children, their birth date, days they are booked to attend (indicated with a tick in the day column), the number of days and their Holiday count.
Booked Hours - displays a list of children, their birth date, the number of hours booked for each day and the total number of hours.
Booked Times - displays a list of children, their birth date, the hours booked for each day and the total number of hours.
20 Hours ECE - displays a list of children, their birth date and details of how many 20 Hours ECE they are claiming on each day of the week. This report is best run using the Category 'Over 3'.
Fee Information - displays a list of children, their birth date, days enrolled, fee structure assigned, as well as weekly charge amounts, WINZ, discounts, etc. The charge amount takes into account all variables including Holidays, Centre Calendar charge options and sign In sheets.
Uncompleted - displays a list of children, their birth date with blank columns for each day of the week.
Birthdays - displays a list of children who have their birthdays in the selected date range, their birth date, the column for the day that their birthday falls on and the age they will be.
