This screen is used to view a graphical representation of bookings, available space, and the MoE teacher ratios for each 30 minute period in a selected day, or attendance details for the selected day.
Using the Mode drop down box, you can choose to view ether Bookings or Attendances for the selected date.
Please enter the Date you would like information for by completing the Date field. You can use the 
arrow icons next to the Date field to automatically select next day or previous day.
Once you have completed entering your required dates, click the 
icon to display the relevant data.
Using the More Details button, you can view a detailed presentation of the data in tabular form.
Clicking the 
icon next to the headings for Bookings, Available Spaces and MoE Required Teachers, you can change the format of each graph or table as follows:
Remove total row - will remove the row displaying totals for each period.
Remove total column - will remove the column displaying totals.
Bar - will change the graph type to a bar chart if applicable.
Line - will change the graph type to a line chart if applicable.
Stacked Bar - will change the graph type to a stacked bar chart if applicable.
Once you have completed your selection criteria, click Print to Printer to print a hard copy of the report.
