Using the MoE Reports Selection screen, you are able to select the various reports which are periodically required by the MoE, but are also useful for you to use at any time for your Service.
Using the Week Starting field, enter the beginning of the week that you would like view.
Using the Print Mode drop down list, select which report you would like to view. Options are:
ECE1 - This report will print Regular Roll by Enrolment and Attendance, and Casual Attendance.
ECE4 - This report will print Regular Roll by Age, Gender, and Ethnicity.
ECE5 - This report will print Regular Roll by Duration of Weekly Enrolment.
ECE7 - This report will print Iwi Affiliations.
ECE9 - This report will print Eligible children waiting to start
ECE11 - This report will print Children receiving free ECE by age, gender, and ethnicity.
ECE12 - This report will print Children receiving free ECE by duration of free ECE enrolment.
ECE13 - This report will print details for Monitoring Free ECE.
ECE14 - This report will print Child/Teacher Ratio.
EQ12 Addresses for your records - This report will print details including child addresses for Equity Index Funding.
EQ12 Addresses for your equity index funding - This report will print details excluding street addresses for Equity Index Funding.
If your service is part of a larger group, and if you have the relevant access, you can select Group, Area, Region, or Subgroup to print reports for each of the services in that category.
If you have selected Group, Area, Region, or Subgroup, you can choose to have a single report with all details consolidated into one report by selecting the Consolidate into one report radio button.
Click the Print button when you are ready to view the data on your screen. Alternatively, click the Print to Printer button to obtain a hard copy of the report.
