The Download Files screen is used to select a file that has been uploaded to your Infocare system for viewing or for download to your computer. You are also able to delete files that are no longer needed.
The Name column contains a list of filenames that have been uploaded to your Infocare system. Filenames will be displayed in blue with an 
icon next to them which indicates that you can click on the filename to open the file and view it, or right click on the filename and select to download the file to your local computer.
If you want to delete one of the files, click on the 
icon at the right hand side of the screen for the filename required.
If you would like to upload a new file, click on the File Upload button.
You can Search for a specific file by typing the filename in the Search field. As you type, files that match your entry will be displayed.
