This screen is used to modify an existing Optional Charge, or to add a new optional charge for a child's timetable.
Using the Product Description drop down list, select the appropriate charge from the list of products defined for your service.
Enter the Quantity of the optional charge. The default quantity will be set to 1.
The Price field will contain the price that has been assigned to this product in the billing section of Infocare. If you would like to change this amount for this child only, enter the revised amount in the Price field.
Using the Billing Frequency drop down list, select the time interval for which you would like this optional charge to be billed. Options available are Weekly, Hourly, Daily, Each Billing Cycle.
For example, if you want to charge for 3 "Lunches" every week you would select "Lunched" from the Product Description drop down list, enter 3 in the Quantity field, and then select "Weekly" from the Billing Frequency drop down list.
Once you have completed entering data, click the Update button to save the data and return to the previous screen.
Alternatively, click Cancel to discard the information you have entered and return to the previous screen.
If you would like to Remove this optional charge from the child's timetable, click the Delete button.
