The Child Returning screen can be used to select a date on which the child will be returning to your service. For example, a child may have left last year, but now the parents want the child to return to your service.
By using this screen, basic enrolment details for the child will not need to be re-entered. A blank timetable will be automatically added to the child's timetable screen, it is important that the blank timetable remains as this will ensure the account is not charged between the date the child left and the date they returned.
Once the return date is entered in the Date Returning field, click the Continue button, the next step is to add a new timetable from the date the child returns.
Alternatively, click on the icon to discard the information on this screen and return to the previous screen.
