The WINZ Create screen is used to record a child's weekly subsidy entitlement. The entitlement will show on the childs timetable and the weekly nett amount the parent is due to pay will show exclusive of the WINZ subsidy amount. 
When the WINZ payment is received it is receipted using the WINZ receipting function in the Accounts Processing screen.  


The WINZ Create screen is found within the Childs profile page, under the Accounts Tab, select the last pink icon titled WINZ; the WINZ information is entered into the pop up box.


Client Number - Enter the number WINZ has allocated to this family from the WINZ schedule of payments.


Authorised Hours - Enter the number of hours the child is entitled to receive the WINZ subsidy from the schedule of payments.


Weekly Amount - Enter the weekly amount WINZ is paying for the child from the WINZ schedule of payments.


Starting Date - Enter the date the WINZ subsidy will start.


Finishing Date - Enter the date the WINZ Subsidy will cease or date it will be due to be renewed from the WINZ schedule of payments.


Create - Click this button once all of the required details have been entered.


Previous WINZ subsidy information is displayed under the Create button and can be modified or deleted by clicking on the appropriate icon. A new WINZ record should be created each time there is a change to the amount of a childs WINZ subsidy, a new timetable should also be created when a new sudsidy record is created.
