This screen is used to search for details pertaining to children, child contacts, and staff.

 

If you would like to search for details pertaining to a child or children, select the Child radio button.

 

If you would like to search for details pertaining to a child's contact or contacts, select the Contact radio button.

 

If you would like to search for details pertaining to an employee or employees, select the Staff radio button.

 

To restrict your search to only those children, contacts, or employees who are currently enrolled or employed at your service, select the Current Only radio button.

 

If you would like to include all people—past present, and future—in the search, de-select the Current Only radio button.

 

Using the Field drop down list, select the element that you like to use for the search. For example, if you know the child's first name but do not know their last name, select First Name from the Field drop down list.

 

Using the Search String field, enter the details you know in the "Field". For example, if you only know part of a child's name, you can enter a few characters and the result will  display all children who match that. For example, select Child, select First Name, and then and enter "Jas" in the Search String field. The result will return all children who have a First Name beginning with "Jas" – Jason, Jasmine, etc.   

 

Once you have completed entering your Search criteria, click the Search button to display the results. 

 

Alternatively, click Cancel to return to the previous screen.
