This screen is used to calculate required teacher ratios.
Using the Attended Over 2s field, enter the number of over 2 children in attendance.
Using the Attended Under 2s field, enter the number of under 2 children in attendance.
Using the Maximum Licensed Children field, enter the maximum licensed number of children (under 2 and over 2) at your service. Please note that this should match exactly what is on the license your service was issued by the MoE.
Using the Maximum Licensed Under 2s field, enter the number of under 2 children for which your service is licensed. Please note that this should match exactly what is on the license your service was issued by the MoE.
Using the Service Type drop down box, select the Service Type for which your service is licensed. Please note that this should match exactly what is on the license your service was issued by the MoE.
Using the Type drop down list, select the Type of service for which you are licensed. Please note that this should match exactly what is on the license your service was issued by the MoE.
Once you have entered all of the data, click the Calculate button to display your required teacher ratios.
To close this window, click the Cancel button.
