Section 144A and 313 of the Education Act provide the legislative authority for ECE services to supply information regarding child data to the MoE. Under this Authority, Infocare will provide a regular feed of information as required by regulation to the MoE ELI (Early Learning Information) System. Users will have the facility to check and correct this information before confirming it with the MoE. Using this screen, your service confirms or declines acceptance of these terms.

Click the Accept button to enable the automatic MoE ELI integration with your Infocare system.

If you wish to Decline acceptance of these terms, click the Decline button. Your service will still be required, under Section 144A of the Education Act (1989), to submit this information to the MoE. However, if you Decline the automatic integration, your service will need to submit the information manually using the MoE ELI web system.

If you have clicked Decline, you will be presented with a screen asking if you are absolutely sure that you wish to Decline to use the automatic integration between Infocare and the MoE ELI System. If you click Yes again, you will still be required, under Section 144A of the Education Act (1989), to submit this information to the MoE. Data will need to be entered manually and submitted via the ELI web system rather than automatically via Infocare. However, if you click No, you will be returned to the previous screen and you will then be able to click Accept.
