The Immunisation update screen is used to view and update an employees vaccination information.
Status
Select the appropriate status from "No information provided", "Fully vaccinated", "Partially vaccinated", "Status unknown" or "Exempt".
If "Fully vaccinated" is selected, both Dose 1 and Dose 2 must be recorded; or if "Partially Vaccinated" is selected, Dose 1 must be populated.
Exempt Date
If the employee has an exemption, record the date from the exemption document.
Comments
Use this field to record any comments such as the date information was requested from an employee etc.
Dose
Two fields are provided to record information of Dose 1 and Dose 2.
Status
If the employee has received either Dose 1 or both doses, select either "Administered" or "Administered (date unknown)".
Date
If you have been provided with the date either Dose 1 or Dose 2 was administered, enter the date in this field.
Update
Click "Update" to save the changes.
