This screen is used to view details of emails sent from Infocare.
Using the Type drop down list, select the Type of emails you wish to view. Options are:
All - to all email types sent.
Account - to see emails sent when in the Account Processing screen
Child- to see emails sent for children
Staff – to see emails sent for staff
Using the From and Until date fields, select or enter the date range that you would like to use to view messages.
If your service is part of a group, and if you have the correct level of access, using the View By drop down list, you can select to view messages from the entire Group, Region, Area, Subgroup or Centre.
Using the Search String field, you can search for specific emails either by entering part of a name, email address, letter template name etc…
Once you have completed your selection criteria, click the icon.
A list of emails sent matching your criteria will be displayed
You can change the order in which emails are displayed by clicking the icons associated with each column heading.
To view the content of the emails sent, click on the icon for the item selected.
