The Email Log screen is used to view details of emails sent from Infocare.
 

Use the Type drop down list to select the Type of email you wish to view. Options are:

 

All - to see all email types sent

Account - to see emails from the Account Processing screen

Child- to see emails sent for children 

Staff – to see emails sent for staff

 

Use the From and Until date fields to select or enter the date range that you would like to view sent emails.

 

If your service is part of a group, and you have the correct level of access, use the View By drop down list to select to view messages from the entire Group, Region, Area, Subgroup or Centre

 

Use the Search within Screen field to search for specific emails either by entering part of a name, email address, letter template name etc…

 

Once you have completed your selection criteria, click the icon.


A list of emails sent matching your criteria will be displayed

To change the order in which emails are displayed clickin the  icons next to the column heading.

 

To view the content of the emails sent, click on the icon for the item selected.
