You can choose to view reports on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly format by selecting the required option from the Frequency drop down list. Please note that certain reports are only available for view in daily, monthly, or weekly format. 


Using the Category drop down list, you can restrict the children included on the report to your defined categories.


Please enter the date that you wish to report on by entering the Date in the Date field. If you have chosen Weekly in the Frequency field, then the date should be the Monday of the week you want to report on. If you have selected Monthly in the Frequency field, then the date entered should be the beginning of the month you want to report on. If you have selected Daily in the Frequency field, the Date should be the Date required. You can use the 

 arrow icons next to the Date field to automatically select the next or previous day, week, or month depending on your selection in Frequency


From the Print Mode drop down list you are able to select from a variety of predefined reports, depending on your selection in Frequency. Options are:


Daily Reports

Bookings (30 minute intervals) - The report will display booked times for children at 30 minute intervals throughout the day. 


With Dates - This report will display all date related information for children including start dates, leave dates, birth dates, etc.


Empty Grid - This report will display a list of children's names followed by a column with the child's birth date and then 5 empty columns that you can use for whatever purpose you require.


Check List - This report will display a list of children’s names followed by a column with the child's birth date, a column with the child's age, and 3 columns with headings of Yes, No, and Comments.


Sleep Chart Format 1 (portrait) - This report will display a sleep chart for printing in portrait mode. There are 3 format options provided for the sleep chart. Select whichever one you prefer.


Sleep Chart Format 1 (Landscape) - This report will display a sleep chart for printing in landscape mode. There are 3 format options provided for the sleep chart. Select whichever one you prefer.


Sleep Chart Format 2 - This report will display a sleep chart for printing in landscape mode. There are 3 format options provided for the sleep chart. Select whichever one you prefer.


Sleep Chart Format 3 - This report will display a sleep chart for printing in landscape mode. There are 3 format options provided for the sleep chart. Select whichever one you prefer.


Nappy Chart Format 1 (portrait) - This report will display a nappy chart for printing in portrait mode. There are 2 format options provided for the nappy chart. Select whichever one you prefer.


Nappy Chart Format 1 (Landscape) - This report will display a nappy chart for printing in landscape mode. There are 2 format options provided for the nappy chart. Select whichever one you prefer.


Nappy Chart Format 2 - This report will display a nappy chart for printing in landscape mode. There are 2 format options provided for the nappy chart. Select whichever one you prefer.


Meal Chart with Birthdates - This report will display a list of children's names, followed by a column with each child's birth date, and then columns to mark which meals each child has had. 


Meal Chart without Birthdates – This report will display a list of children’s names, followed by columns to mark which meals each child has had.


Meal Chart with Allergies – This report will display a list of children’s names with allergies only, followed by a column displaying their allergies and then columns to mark which meals each child has had.


Meal Chart with Allergies (all children) – This report will display a list of all children’s names, followed by a column displaying allergies and/or will be left blank for those without allergies, and then columns to mark which meals each child has had.


User Defined Categories - This report will display a list of children’s names, followed by a column with birth dates and then details of each user defined category that the children have been assigned.


User Defined Fields - This report will display a list of children’s names, followed by a column with the child's birth date and then details of each user defined field that has been checked for the child. 


Vision and Hearing test - This report will display a list of children’s names and related information in the format required for vision and hearing testing,
  

B4 School Check - This report will display a report in the format required for B4 School checks.


Weekly Reports

Booked Days - This report will display a list of children's names followed by their birth date and details of the days they are booked to attend your service for the week.


Booked Hours - This report will display a list of the children's names and details of the number of hours they are booked to attend your service on each day of the week.


Booked Times - This report will display a list of the children's names with details of the times they are booked to attend your service on each day of the week. 


20 Hours ECE - This report will display a list of children's names with details of how many 20 Hours ECE they are claiming on each day of the week. This report is particularly useful to check that children who have turned 3 have also had their 20 hours ECE assigned. Select "Over 3" in the Category field to achieve this.


Fee Information - This report will display details of which fee structures have been allocated to which children, as well as weekly charge amounts, Discount %, Discount Amount, WINZ, Optional Charges Product, Optional Charges Quantity, Optional Charges Price and Optional Charges Billing Frequency.  These figures takes into account all variables including holidays, and Sign In Sheets.


Uncompleted - This report will display a list of the children's names with their birth dates and then blank columns for each day of the week.


Birthdays - This report will print a list of children who have their birthdays in the selected date range, followed by their birth date, and in the column for the day that their birthday falls on, their age.

Monthly Reports

Booked Days - This report will display a list of children's names followed by their birth date and then details of the days they are booked to attend your service for the month.


Uncompleted - This report will display a list of the children's names with their birth dates and then blank columns for each day of the month.


Birthdays - This report will print a list of children who have their birthdays in the selected date range, followed by their birth date and then in the column for the day that their birthday falls on, their age.

If you would like to include those children who are scheduled to be away from your service in your report, please select Yes from the Show scheduled away drop down list. Alternatively, if you don't want children who are scheduled to be away in the report, select No.


Using the Order drop down list you can choose which order children's names will be displayed on the report. For instance, if you want names to appear in first name alphabetic order, select First Name; however, if you would prefer children to be displayed in birth date order, select Birth Date.

If you would like to create a .csv file, select the desired parameters, display the report to the screen and click the icon next to the Print button. The created file name will be displayed on the screen. Click on the file name if you wish to open it or right click to download a copy to your computer. If you wish to delete the file, click the  icon at the right hand side of the screen.


Once you have completed your selection criteria, click Print to display the report to your screen, or click Print to printer to print a hard copy of the report.
