WINZ/MSD file upload - available from 21st November 2025
The data for WINZ subsidy payments can now be uploaded into Infocare.
Services will receive an email from WINZ/MSD with a .csv file attachment which will include the details of subsidies paid for children attending the Service.

Save the WINZ .csv File to your Computer
- Open the email from WINZ
- Click on the .csv file
- Downloaded the .csv
- Save the .csv file the your computer
To upload the WINZ subsidy payment information
- Select Billing
- Select Batch Receipts
- From the drop down list list next to pink Upload file button select "WINZ/MSD"

4. From the File Upload pop up box select Browse
5. Locate the saved WINZ/MSD .csv file from your computer
6. Select Open or double click on the file name
7. Select Continue
8.The information from the csv file will populate into the cells on the batch receipts screen
9. Check the information and modify if required
10. Validate and then Commit.

Roll Analysis - Licence Maximums Graphics Added
Two new visual indicators have been introduced to the Roll Analysis graphics.
- The Light Blue line shows the maximum number of Over 2 children the Service is licensed for
- The Green line shows the maximum number of Under 2 children the Service is licensed for
- The graph lines span the entire width of the chart, allowing users to compare the enrolled children against the licensed maximums for both age groups.

Pay Parity – Notes Text Box added
A Notes text box has been added to the Pay Parity tab (if enabled)
(Employees Menu > Pay Parity)
- The notes text box can be used to record relevant information for the employee.
- These notes will appear on the Staff Pay Parity Report
(Reports > Group Reports > General > Staff Pay Parity)

‘Learned From’ - Enhancements
An addition has been made to the “Learned From” options within the Child Update Screen.
When Yes is selected for "Child Details - Learned From is mandatory:" completing the "Learned From" field within the child update screen becomes mandatory.
(Centre > Centre Options > Learned from)

GoDigital! Enhancement - AM/PM Roll Checks
Morning and Afternoon Roll Checks are now available in GoDigital!
This feature is found under Children > Roll Checks (when the user is logged in as an admin).

- There are three checks available - Morning, Afternoon (depending on the Service’s license type) and
Extra Check. (up to six Extra Checks can be added) - To populate the roll check click on the applicable Morning/Afternoon/Extra check box
- Children's presense is marked by clicking the radio button for each child or selecting "check all". Once the Confirm button has been clicked, the person/s completing the roll checks must enter their name and signature and click Submit.

- In Infocare the Roll Check Report is found under:
Utilities > GoDigital! Reports > Under the print mode select “Roll Checks (Morning & Afternoon) “or “Roll Checks (All Checks)”
Frequent Absence – Confirmation Prompt
A confirmation prompt has been added to the Frequent Absence Selection Screen.
When completing the Frequent Absence review, the User will be prompted with a confirmation message when "Apply Rules" is selected.
(Reports > Child Reports > Frequent Absence)
The message provides an additional prompt for the User to choose whether to proceed with applying the rules or return to the previous screen by selecting Cancel.

20ECE Allocation for Other Services
New fields have been added to the timetable for when a child is attesting to getting 20Hours ECE at another Service.
If the specific days and hours a child is attesting at another Service have been provided, these can now be recorded in the timetable. Prompts have been added to provide the user with additional checks to ensure the allocation of 20ECE hours and/or Getting 20 Hours ECE Elsewhere are checked.
