First Aid Indicator
Staff timesheets have been updated to include a first aid symbol to show staff members who have a current first aid certificate.
A first aid symbol will appear next to the name of any staff member that holds a current first aid certificate.
This indicator can be disabled within Centre Options > Staff Timesheet: First Aid Certificate Indicator.
Where a staff member does not have a first aid certificate or their first aid certificate has expired, there will be no first aid sympbol next to their name.
Child Timetables
A new tab has been added under Centre > Centre Options > Child Timetable.
These options allow the user to select if discounts and booked times from previous timetables are copied when a new timetable is created. These options are set to "Yes" by default.
When Yes is selected for "Keep previous discounts", when a new timetable is created any discounts populated in the current timetable will copy to the new timetable. When No is selected the current discounts will not copy to the new timetable.
Please note, that with this release, all services will have "Yes" selected for both of these fields.
Open Statement
A new feature has been added to the Accounts tab under the child's profile in the Children menu. The childs current statement can be viewed by selecting the "open statement" icon. This will enable the User to quickly navigate to the current statement from the Children menu.
For Users that do not have permissions for the Statements function, this icon will not appear.
Batch Receipts file upload - Kiwibank and Westpac
The bank file upload options in the drop down list for Batch receipts now include two options for Kiwibank and for Westpac.
The format for the export file was upgraded by both banks this year, however not all clients will have been moved to the 2026 file format.
When uploading the bank file in Batch receipts if the bank file does not upload successfully when using the first option in the drop down list for your bank please try using the second option.
