Infocare 4.10 contains the infrastructure to support our brand new GoDigital! Until you sign up for GoDigital!, you won't notice any difference.
GoDigital!'s planned release date is by the end of July, 2022.
Once GoDigital! is released and you have signed up, you will notice the following differences:
With GoDigital! we introduce the concept of "Unscheduled attendances". This happens when a primary caregiver signs in a child that does not have booking(s) for that day. In general we strongly recommend sign in sheets are created at least one day in advance to limit unscheduled attendances as much as possible.
A notification will display at the top of the sign in select section to alert you about existing unscheduled attendances:

The Unscheduled Sign In Sheet cannot be modified, and it will render all sign in sheets for that day unmodifiable.
This facility allows you to merge or add unscheduled records to sign in sheets. You can access this facility if and only if there are unscheduled records. You can access it by clicking the "HERE" button in the notification shown above. Please note that this facility is in the "New Look" only. If you are not using "New Look", the facility will still load in "New Look" mode. Once you exit the facility, you will go back to the "Old Look".

This facility produces weekly reports for child attendances, missed sign in/out, unconfirmed attendances, staff attendances, contractor sign in/out records and guest sign in/out records. Please note that this facility is "New Look" only - if you are not using New Look, the facility will still load in New Look mode. Once you exit the facility, you will go back to the Old Look.
